GETTING STARTED
The Zanshin Self Defense Academy prides itself on its welcoming and family-friendly environment. In addition to our fully matted training area, we have dressing rooms for the students as well as a viewing area so parents or friends can watch class (without distracting the students).
Classes vary from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the class and we have a flexible schedule that fits most people's needs.
